Briefly describe the matter, its current stage and any relevant deadlines. You can also call the firm.

2. Assessing the scope of assistance

The firm checks whether the matter falls within its practice and which information or documents may be required. Further checks, including potential conflicts of interest, may be necessary before accepting the assignment.

3. Agreeing the terms

If the firm can take on your case, the parties agree the scope of services and the fee arrangements.
